Every student has one additional cell phone and e-mail address per account.
It is up to the student to determine if they would like an alternative contact
to receive WVU Alerts. Students who want to add a parent’s cell phone
or e-mail address may do so by completing the
Parent sign up form.
My parents are separated or divorced, can both be added?

How do I remove my parent?
We highly recommend that you do not opt out after
registering for alerts. However, if you do not wish to receive alerts on
your cell phone or email, you may opt out by completing the emergency alert opt out
form.
